Overview
A video feed consists of three things:
- Media — your video content
- Recommendations — links between videos and products
- Playlists — collections of recommendations displayed as a feed
Step 1: Upload a Video
Go to Media in the Swayzo dashboard and click Add New Media. You can:
- Drag and drop a video file from your computer
- Import directly from TikTok or Instagram by username
Supported formats: MP4, MOV. Maximum file size: 500 MB.
Step 2: Create a Recommendation
Go to Recommendations and click Create Recommendation. Select your uploaded video and choose which product it should link to.
Step 3: Build a Playlist
Go to Playlists and click Create Playlist. Add your recommendation as a card, arrange the order, and save.
Step 4: View on Your Store
Visit the product page for the linked product. Your video feed should appear with the shoppable widget.
